Twisted Sister

So a private attorney from Claremont named James Sanbrano has filed a lawsuit to stop the Regional Trash Transfer Station (RTTS) from coming to Pomona. Seems so twisted and reversed that a private attorney from Claremont would be standing up for my family against Pomona's own City Attorney.

In the past, I've given Claremont a lot of flack on the blog, calling her "Pomona's ugly stepsister," since most people think the reverse. But today I give a big shout out to Mr. James Sanbrano. Hopefully, his lawsuit will prevail and the RTTS will be chased back out of town. Even if this lawsuit ultimately fails, I am grateful for each additional day it allows my family to remain in Pomona with confidence it is an environmentally safe place to raise 9 year old Mr. Big. The Goddess of Rancho Cucamonga just doesn't have the same ring. So for now, I channel this to my fellow likeminded Pomonans:

THE END
